Frustrating run-around with unhelpful medical service

I reached out nearly two months back, and the representative advised me to reconnect on August 25th. I diligently marked this date in my calendar. When I called today, I was abruptly dismissed. While other medical facilities in my area are also at capacity, I'm frustrated by being told to wait and then being rejected. My urgent medical situation is critical, and I'm without a primary care physician 😑.
