Frustrating service after decades of loyalty

Been a loyal patient for four decades, but today I'm switching providers. The front desk staff are incredibly discourteous. Their appointment scheduling process is completely dysfunctional, with wait times exceeding a week. They're consistently eager to redirect patients to 111 or local pharmacies instead of providing actual medical consultations. In the past six months, I've been repeatedly fobbed off and told to use anima. My recommendation would be to completely overhaul their reception team, hiring staff with basic intelligence and compassion. Additionally, they desperately need to improve their fundamental appointment management - a seemingly simple task they somehow cannot execute competently.
