Negatives: The practice is overwhelmed with patients, with wait times consistently exceeding 30 minutes, and approximately half of the calls go unanswered, resulting in abrupt disconnections. The on-hold music and message are incredibly irritating and repetitive. While some might perceive the receptionists as discourteous, it seems they are simply overwhelmed, stressed, and eager to expedite interactions to manage the high volume of patients. Their approach doesn't feel intentionally personal. The facility itself is in poor condition. Positives: The general practitioners and nursing staff are consistently helpful and professional. They offer an e-consult service with a guaranteed callback.
