Frustrating service from once-reliable medical practice

After decades of reliable performance, I find myself let down by the current state of affairs. Case in point: I attempted to contact the office Monday morning at 8am and was greeted with a message asking me to call back later. Following 45 unsuccessful attempts, I finally got through to call queue 16, but after waiting 54 minutes, I ultimately chose to disconnect.
