Frustrating service leads to reluctant gp switch

Churchill's appointment scheduling and front desk staff have noticeably enhanced their approach lately. However, their administrative processes remain frustratingly subpar - sluggish, ineffective, and appearing utterly unconcerned with patient care. I've ultimately reached my limit and decided to switch medical practices.
