Frustrating service with unhelpful and rude receptionists

The majority of the reception staff are discourteous, particularly the one working today (Thursday), with only a rare few displaying any politeness. Scheduling an appointment is extremely challenging. It's inappropriate when receptionists question whether you need an appointment - obviously, I wouldn't be calling if I didn't require one. Moreover, they shouldn't probe into patients' medical issues, as they aren't medical professionals. When calling at 8am, you're often told no appointments are available, which I find completely unacceptable. I'm seriously considering finding a different medical practice.
