Frustrating service with zero customer convenience

Scheduling an appointment is frustratingly limited here. You're restricted to booking only on the day itself starting at 8 AM, and even then, you'll likely spend ages on hold. After waiting 30 minutes to speak with someone, you'll be informed that all slots are already taken, forcing you to repeat this entire tedious process the next day.
