Frustrating signup process with missed appointment

Their onboarding process was incredibly slow, taking more than a month to complete my registration. The communication was minimal, with staff seemingly expecting clients to inherently understand procedural details like checking in at the front desk. I ended up spending 30 frustrating minutes in a cramped, uncomfortable waiting area, only to receive a text message informing me that I had somehow missed my scheduled appointment. Overall, an utterly unsatisfactory and aggravating experience.
