Frustrating surgery with impossible appointment system

Every morning, the medical practice fails to answer calls at 8am, with their phone line consistently engaged. They only become available at 8:30, but when you attempt to book then, they rudely inform you that you should have called earlier, and all appointment slots are already taken. It's an incredibly frustrating process. I've tried explaining the ongoing phone line problems to them, yet they remain completely unhelpful and unresponsive.
