Frustrating surgery with zero patient support

Completely let down by this medical procedure, devoid of empathy. The most frustrating aspect is the convoluted process of requesting prescription medication via email! Then having it routed through multiple locations before reaching its destination. The front desk staff showed zero commitment to addressing the issue. Grateful to the Superdrug pharmacy representative, who was incredibly supportive.
