Frustrating system fails those who struggle with technology

The world has transformed, and it's not beneficial for those who struggle with reading, filling out online forms, or understanding technology, especially elderly individuals. It seems unfair to require people to complete forms to secure an appointment, which can be humiliating when you must approach the receptionist with others listening. The previous system was undoubtedly more effective. I believe the government hasn't considered the challenges faced by people with learning disabilities or seniors who find the new methods difficult to navigate. It's truly unfortunate that these changes create barriers for certain individuals.
