Frustrating systems at front desk

It's unfortunate that numerous negative reviews plague this practice. I'm convinced the front desk personnel are genuinely striving to manage and navigate the challenging systems imposed on them. I concur that in our era of advanced technology, the practice's processes appear neither rational nor user-friendly from a patient's perspective. The entire approach seems completely disconnected! Having previously worked in environments where customer-interface systems were woefully inadequate, often designed by teams with minimal understanding of customer service, I recognize these are straightforward issues to resolve. Just implement the necessary changes. The potential improvements could be truly remarkable.
