Frustrating telehealth experience with endless phone tag

I recognize the necessity of precautions during the peak of Covid. Yet, in-person consultations remain absent. Are we still required to endure this remote assessment process? This leaves us confined at home, waiting.... Doctors seem to forget we have our own schedules too. The phone call inevitably comes at the most inconvenient moment - precisely when you've stepped away, and then it rings four times. No callback means starting the entire frustrating process from scratch. It's time to restore face-to-face appointments, as other services have already done. I want to be clear that I'm not criticizing the actual medical treatment once contact is finally established.!!
