Frustrating wait and grumpy front desk staff

The front desk staff come across as discourteous and indifferent, consistently failing to provide adequate assistance. An additional drawback is the restrictive appointment system, which requires patients to physically appear at the clinic by 8am to secure an emergency slot. Otherwise, you're likely to face a minimum two-week waiting period. While the doctors themselves and the medical treatment are satisfactory, the reception team's attitude and limited appointment availability significantly detract from the overall experience.
