Frustrating wait and ignored at local clinic

I've encountered the most frustrating medical practice experience to date. Their appointment scheduling is completely dysfunctional, with wait times stretching to a month and no effective mechanism for filling cancelled slots. The morning phone lines are theoretically open at 8am, but they exclusively reserve appointments for urgent medical cases. This rigid approach practically forces patients without critical conditions to seek treatment at the emergency department just to receive medical attention. During my initial consultation, the physician was shockingly disengaged, performed some blood tests, and then maintained absolute silence afterward. It's glaringly obvious that this surgery desperately needs a comprehensive overhaul of their operational processes to align with modern professional standards.
