Frustrating wait and impossible online booking system

I understand their hesitation about reopening, but the inability to schedule an appointment online coupled with a 47-minute (and ongoing) phone wait is frustrating. The booking system clearly needs more available slots or they should consider adding another staff member to handle calls. I started as the eighth caller in the queue, and now I'm down to the third - it seems like people just love to chat endlessly. Come on!
