Frustrating wait and lack of medical access

Acting as an advocate for my aging companion who lacks internet access. The first person in line consumed 10 minutes of waiting time, which is notably quicker than previous experiences where the third person has endured waits approaching 50 minutes. Upon requesting a consultation with a physician, we were informed that no appointments are accessible until April. The current date is 14/3/24.
