Frustrating wait and no appointment help

Customer service is terrible ... You ring up and spend ages on hold just to be told they'll only direct you to their online booking page ... I decided to give it a shot ... Hoped to secure an urgent consultation ... FORGET IT, the waiting list stretches out for weeks ... This practice used to be excellent ... Now it's gone downhill ... You're better off contacting the health helpline instead
