Frustrating wait and poor communication

The medical practice has seriously deteriorated. Getting through on the telephone is challenging, and if you manage it, the experience is frustrating. I successfully made contact, requested a consultation with a doctor, and the receptionist took my information, assuring me someone would respond that day. Unsurprisingly, no communication followed. A week passed with zero follow-up. My trust in this practice has been completely eroded, and this isn't a new occurrence. On the rare occasions you actually interact with staff, you're treated hurriedly and made to feel like an inconvenience.
