Frustrating wait and poor communication at clinic

I'm not typically one to leave reviews, but I was compelled to share my frustration after an incredibly long and stressful day. Yesterday, I was left in suspense from 11 AM until almost 6 PM, only to receive a phone call informing me that my son has an infection, leaving me feeling helpless due to the late hour. This morning, I scheduled a doctor's appointment for my 5-month-old son at 11:15. It's now 11:50, and I'm still sitting in the waiting room. This situation is unacceptable, and it's clear that significant improvements are needed in their scheduling and patient care.
