Frustrating wait and unsanitary changing station

Yesterday, my 2.5-month-old daughter had a vaccine appointment set for 11:30 am (9 Jan 2025). Despite arriving punctually, we ended up waiting nearly three-quarters of an hour before I approached the front desk to verify our appointment time. The receptionist asked me to be patient a bit longer. After approximately an hour, they explained there had been a name confusion, but assured me my daughter would be seen soon. We were finally called around 1 pm. Furthermore, I want to highlight the need for better bathroom maintenance. When I needed to change my baby's diaper, the changing table was unclean. I was forced to sanitize the surface myself while simultaneously holding my infant, which was far from ideal. I'm truly frustrated—managing a newborn during such an extended wait is incredibly taxing, and having to repeatedly follow up with staff only intensified my stress and anxiety.
