Frustrating wait during urgent medical need

Dec 22 A family member experienced a critical health concern, yet the physician deemed it unworthy of a return call. The pharmacy also failed to follow through on their promise to contact us, yet again. Previous review 22 I'm advocating for a worn-out relative who lacks the energy to voice their ongoing frustrations. The consistently subpar service continues, with COVID-19 serving as a convenient excuse. Waiting two days just to schedule a consultation with a non-medical staff member for an appointment weeks away is ridiculous. At least this time someone actually returned the call, unlike the previous instance of complete silence. It's no surprise emergency rooms are overwhelmed when patients are subjected to such abysmal healthcare communication. This isn't an isolated incident.
