Frustrating Wait for a Compassionate Doctor

Securing an appointment with a preferred physician, particularly a female doctor, is extremely challenging. I require a general practitioner who understands my chronic conditions to ensure consistent and precise medical care. My most recent appointment request resulted in a waiting period exceeding a month before I could be seen. This is absurd, as I'm seeking medical attention due to illness or discomfort, not for social purposes. The staff's appointment booking process is frustrating, refusing to schedule a 'next available' slot if I call in the afternoon and insisting I try calling at 8 am to check availability. This approach feels like a risky game of chance. Moreover, I'm deeply troubled by an incident involving my daughter's first visit to a specific GP. Before even greeting or introducing herself, the doctor rudely confronted my daughter with, "So what are you going to do about this weight?" Such an approach is borderline abusive and accusatory, and would certainly not encourage a positive attitude towards health and wellness.
