Frustrating wait for ear infection help

I've been attempting to obtain a prescription for my daughter's ear infection for over a week now, and we're still getting nowhere. The physician won't communicate directly with us, instead routing everything through administrative staff, and has now indicated they won't engage until Monday - meaning my daughter will have to endure two more days without any treatment. I've requested a callback three separate times this week and have received absolutely no response. This is particularly frustrating because the current medical team seems to be contradicting the previous clear treatment guidelines we were given for managing these recurring infections. Their apparent lack of concern for my daughter's health is deeply troubling.
