Frustrating wait for new patient check

Unsatisfactory service. Scheduling appointments requires a two-week lead time. I was left waiting for half an hour beyond my scheduled new patient consultation. Ultimately, I had to abandon my appointment due to the excessive delay. While I recognize that healthcare professionals cannot be hurried during patient interactions, I'm perplexed why some nursing staff can maintain punctual appointment schedules while others consistently run behind.
