Frustrating wait for unhelpful online booking system

During my recent medical visit, the nurse was helpful and suggested I schedule a doctor's appointment for pain management through reception. Following his recommendation, I joined the queue at the front desk. After an exasperating 40-minute wait, I finally reached the receptionist and repeated my request. To my absolute dismay, she casually informed me that online booking was the only method available. The sheer waste of time was infuriating, as this crucial information could and should have been communicated at the start of my wait. Adding to my frustration, the online booking system is currently non-operational, which means my entire visit was completely futile. Such substandard service is simply unacceptable and demands immediate improvement.
