Frustrating wait time ruins healthcare experience

Caller number two, waiting on hold for 36 minutes - why the excessive delay? Is this really your receptionist's role? Beyond scheduling appointments and handling prescriptions, these phone lines seem unnecessarily occupied. My suspicion is that your staff is attempting to provide medical diagnoses without proper medical training. I absolutely cannot comprehend any justification for such an extended waiting period!
