Every instance I attempt to contact this medical practice, I'm subjected to an interminable queue, invariably exceeding half an hour, only to be informed of the absence of available appointments and advised to call at 8 AM. Ironically, dialing at the suggested time results in an even more protracted wait, often surpassing an hour. It's consistently impossible to secure an appointment within a seven-day window, with a two to three-week delay being the norm. I'm seriously contemplating switching to a new general practitioner this year. It's particularly frustrating when I hear that my relatives and partner experience vastly different service from their respective GPs, with calls answered promptly and appointments scheduled within days. Despite being generally healthy and rarely requiring medical attention, the prospect of contacting this practice fills me with dread due to the anticipated ordeal. Having been registered here for over a decade, I now feel thoroughly disillusioned. The stark contrast in experiences has made my situation a source of incredulity among my social circle. I've reached my breaking point with this utterly exasperating situation!
