Frustrating wait times at my long-time medical practice

I've been hesitant to share my experience, but the situation has become utterly absurd. I called at 12:30pm, believing it would be a perfect time to request my medical records without much hassle. How mistaken I was - I spent a full half-hour on hold, which is particularly frustrating considering I was supposedly "caller number 5". I'm seriously contemplating finding a new healthcare provider because the current service has become completely unacceptable. After being a loyal patient at this practice for nearly three decades, I can confidently say this is the lowest point of my experience.
