Frustrating wait times at unresponsive medical practice

I recognize the challenges facing general practitioners nowadays, but it appears they are scheduling too many appointments. During my wait to see the nurse, I was kept waiting for a full hour beyond my scheduled time. Similarly, when waiting to see the doctor, I was delayed by 25 minutes past my appointment. The reception staff showed no recognition of these delays and when I attempted to provide constructive feedback, they displayed no remorse or understanding of how potentially disruptive this could be during a busy workday. Their interpersonal communication has struck me as somewhat brusque and unhelpful. Despite being a patient at this practice for just two months, these unsatisfactory interactions are making me seriously contemplate finding alternative medical care.
