Frustrating wait with no communication or help

Scheduled a consultation around 8:40 near 10am, no communication received. Urgently need prescription but unable to connect with staff. Spent 18 minutes on hold, attempted again for 10 more minutes and ultimately abandoned the effort. Initially booked an appointment for 4pm weeks prior, still waiting with no resolution.
