Frustrating wait with no medical help

I'm struggling to secure a medical consultation despite being seriously unwell. When I sought a same-day appointment, the staff informed me a callback would be forthcoming. Upon receiving the call, the receptionist insisted I must first consult a pharmacist before seeing a physician. My specific health concerns are too complex to be adequately addressed by a pharmacist. Consequently, I'm left without an appointment, without triage, and without access to a doctor.
