I endured an excessive wait exceeding sixty minutes for a consultation with a pharmacist who ultimately proved unable to prescribe medication without first consulting a general practitioner. The consequence was prolonged exposure of patients to each other's potential infections in the crowded waiting area. This medical practice consistently demonstrates abysmal service. They repeatedly leverage NHS funding constraints as a justification for denying necessary treatment referrals and display a woefully inadequate comprehension of patient care options both externally and internally. While they may technically offer same-day appointments after an exhausting 45-minute phone queue, the resulting treatment plan is invariably superficial and ineffective - akin to applying a mere bandage to a critical wound.
