The surgery demonstrates strong organizational practices. My interactions with the clinical staff have been varied in approach. One practitioner tends to address individual concerns sequentially during consultations, rather than tackling multiple related issues together. That said, the majority of the clinical team show genuine commitment to patient wellbeing and make considerable effort to identify appropriate treatment pathways. Securing appointment slots presents a notable challenge. The nursing team deserves recognition for their dedication, though I do recall a previous team member who was particularly skilled and whose absence is noted. The administrative staff are approachable and competent; while appointment availability remains problematic, they manage scheduling and general enquiries with efficiency and professionalism. One team member in particular demonstrates exceptional professionalism and responsiveness when handling patient queries. Taking into account the broader pressures currently affecting general practice, this surgery ranks among the more effective practices available.
