Following more than five years as a patient at this practice, I discovered I had been removed from their system. This prevented me from accessing my regular medications that I have relied upon for many years. The practice had no record of my details in their records. After making several phone calls and visiting the practice in person to raise the issue, I was reinstated on their system. However, approximately a month later, when I attempted to reorder two of my regular medications, I found they were no longer on my repeat prescription list. I have since made multiple attempts by telephone to have these medications restored to my repeat list.
