Throughout the challenging period of recent years, I have consistently been able to access medical guidance without delay, whether through same-day telephone consultations or in-person appointments with clinical professionals. The process of obtaining repeat medications has also been straightforward, available both through online and telephone ordering systems. On each occasion I have attended the surgery, I have observed the staff managing a demanding workload, yet they have consistently made themselves available to discuss my concerns with courtesy, professionalism and genuine care. My medical issues have been addressed thoroughly, and there have been instances where the team has gone the extra mile to ensure I received the timely support I required. I consider myself fortunate to be under the care of this practice.
