The clinical staff members are excellent - assuming you manage to secure an appointment with one. The reception team, however, is disappointing; they appear disengaged and frequently make errors, not only when scheduling appointments but across various other responsibilities as well. I handed in a brief yet critical document that required completion by a clinician and was informed it would take approximately 4 weeks to process, with a fee of £25 attached. After 5 weeks had passed, I needed to make two phone calls to establish whether the work had been finished, and was eventually advised it was available for collection. Upon collecting it, I noticed the clinician had dated their signature just one day after I had submitted it. Administrative processes are unreliable - a concern that some members of the clinical team have themselves acknowledged. To achieve results, you find yourself needing to make repeated calls and persistently follow up.
