Going downhill.

I used to recommend this practice to everyone. However, the new appointment booking service is utterly ridiculous, there is only one day per week you are able to book appointments. If you use the econsult service to try to save time or just access a GP 9 times out of 10 the response is ‘contact the surgery to book an appointment’. Which you can’t do until the following Tuesday, so if your problem occurs on a Wednesday it’s either use an emergency appointment for something which could have been sorted over the phone, or wait until the following week. Definitely do not recommend this practice anymore.
