After relocating from Tottenham in London, I've discovered this GP practice maintains a standard comparable to our previous one, which consistently earned top-tier Google reviews. Admittedly, the experience can be somewhat variable, and securing a telephone appointment requires patience during peak times. However, the receptionists remain helpful despite appearing somewhat overwhelmed, and I've invariably managed to connect eventually. Same-day appointments are challenging unless you dial precisely at 8am, though this seems fairly standard given the current pressures on the NHS. Fortunately, the 111 service offers triage options, which proved invaluable when dealing with my newborn's medical needs. The actual medical treatment has been consistently solid - a standout example being their swift response to a suspicious mole during my pregnancy, expediting my appointment for removal even faster than my concurrent private dermatology consultation. Additionally, my flu vaccination was administered with notable professionalism and kindness, which was particularly appreciated given my needle anxiety. I also successfully obtained an antibiotic cream prescription for my baby, albeit after a two-day communication process during the intense pre-Christmas flu season. Overall, I'm satisfied with the care provided and would comfortably recommend this practice to others.
