I've been a long-standing patient at the Grove Medical Centre and have nothing but praise for their service. The mygponline platform enables patients to consult with a GP digitally, with queries being addressed promptly via email or telephone. This online approach can sometimes eliminate the need for in-person consultations. While elderly patients might struggle with digital access, the online system actually helps free up more face-to-face appointment slots for those who prefer traditional methods. Recently, when I required urgent medical attention, I was seen within just 4 hours of my initial call. Although I occasionally see different doctors, I consistently find them incredibly supportive, approachable, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. The GP nurses are equally exceptional, taking ample time with patients and demonstrating extensive medical expertise. In my experience, appointments consistently run on schedule, and the reception staff are invariably courteous and helpful. Despite recent widespread criticism of GP services, I can confidently say that I am thoroughly satisfied with the Grove Medical Centre.
