Great small friendly efficient family practice

It is a small practice in the town. Two main GPs and excellent back up from experienced Practice Nurses and phlebotomists. The staff feel very strongly part of the team and it is , as much as it ever can be, a pleasure to come. It is easy to make an appointment on line and communicate. Also it is easy and quite quick on the telephone. I moved from a much larger prsctice and the experience here persudes me evervmore that the move to large complex surgeries is a major error and one of the causes of disarray in the primary care area of the NHS. It has been easy and quick to have specialist nurse appointments and advice from an onsite Physiotherapist. I have been delighted by my care and pleased to be looked after in an environment where all the staff seem engaged and enjoying their work. On a pure medical level my care has been very good but it is in those other areas where this surgery excels. Long may it stay small and patient focused
