Great staff but phone system needs serious help

The medical staff and reception team at this healthcare facility are truly wonderful. Nevertheless, they urgently need to address their telephone response challenges. I suspect they're operating with reduced personnel due to social distancing, but I recently endured a staggering 46-minute and 10-second wait before reaching someone. Once connected, the staff were incredibly supportive, but they must resolve their phone communication issues. Despite this, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the convenient blood testing services offered at the practice.
