Hailey ruins patient experience with terrible attitude

The entire staff appears competent, with the exception of Hailey from administration, who comes across as deeply problematic. Her communication style is consistently discourteous, and she seems to believe she possesses medical expertise that allows her to assess patient needs solely through phone conversations. She effectively acts as a gatekeeper for the general practitioner, aggressively attempting to dismiss patients without proper in-person evaluation. Her approach is thoroughly unprofessional, and it's genuinely baffling that she continues to be employed in this role.
