Hard to book appointments at new surgery

The service has deteriorated significantly following the recent facility investment and since the pandemic. Despite being a long-standing patient of over 40 years, it has become increasingly difficult to secure appointments or receive consultations. Routine preventative care that was previously available no longer seems to be offered. This represents a considerable decline in the standard of care previously experienced.
