The willingness to assist often hinges on the person you’re speaking with, and it’s frustrating! I can’t grasp why scheduling appointments has turned into such a hassle. Why is it that 8 AM is strictly for emergencies while 10 AM caters only to non-urgent matters? There's even a designated time just for receiving test results, alongside an application for renewing prescriptions. It seems like going online would be more efficient than dealing with discourteous and indifferent people who are occupying valuable resources. An AI system might provide better service than these inattentive individuals currently managing these tasks.
