Heartbreaking healthcare fails patient's mental health needs

Absolutely appalled by the treatment from a medical practice I've been loyal to for years. Repeatedly calling to secure an appointment, only to be met with dismissive responses like "Sorry, try again tomorrow." When I explicitly shared my struggles with mental health, their callous reply was to suggest I dial 111 or simply attempt booking again the next day. The lack of compassion and support is truly disheartening.
