Heartless practice ignored my sister's tragic death

I encountered the most appalling customer service when I called to inform them of my sister's passing. The receptionist's insensitivity was shocking as I attempted to explain the situation and request a halt to all communications. The staff member demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and professional training in handling a grieving family member. Despite my initial request, I continued to receive daily messages for four consecutive days, urging my deceased sister to come in for a "booster jab". When I called to address this, the receptionist deflected blame to the NHS, despite the text messages clearly displaying the medical center's name. After a frustrating exchange with another poorly trained and discourteous staff member, I requested to speak with management about their disrespectful handling of my sister's death, only to be abruptly thanked and hung up on. Additionally, on 24/10/2022, I attempted to stop these vaccination messages, enduring a 55-minute wait with no response. Ironically, they can send vaccine messages at 23:10 on a Saturday night. The practice's working hours and overall operations are a complete joke, and in my opinion, they deserve to be shut down.
