Heartless Receptionist Refused Repeat Prescription

This doesn't even merit a single star rating. I advocated for a vulnerable family member struggling with significant mental health challenges who urgently required their repeat prescription and pain medication. The receptionist was shockingly callous and indifferent, refusing to provide the prescription by phone despite previous accommodations. She insisted the family member must physically come to the medical centre, despite being barely able to walk due to intense pain. When I explained his condition, she coldly stated "he has to come down and fill out a form"! Absolutely outrageous! Upon requesting to speak with a manager, her dismissive response was that they wouldn't help either! I'm astounded this practice continues to operate! The Care Quality Commission would be appalled by their blatant negligence. The staff, particularly the reception team, demonstrate complete incompetence and a total lack of professional training. This establishment desperately requires a comprehensive investigation! They have completely abandoned their fundamental Duty of Care!!!!!!!!
