Heartless service leaves elderly patient without care

I was deeply worried about my elderly mother, who is 94 and unable to leave her home, particularly regarding her respiratory condition. When I reached out for assistance, the receptionist's response was shockingly unhelpful. They flatly refused to provide a home visit and their demeanor was dismissive, curt, and completely lacking in compassion. It was clear that the staff had no genuine understanding of our situation or concern for my mother's well-being. Their complete lack of empathy was truly disappointing and frustrating.
