Having perused other reviews, I want to emphasize that despite my infrequent visits to Redlands, my personal encounters have consistently been positive, much like my previous experiences with Chiddenbrook. On this particular occasion, I'd like to express gratitude to Helen from the pharmacy team for her exceptional service, though I've encountered similar high-quality care from other teams in the past. During the few instances I've required medical attention, appointments have been secured promptly and according to urgency. This might have involved initial phone or email consultations, a necessity driven by the need to strategically allocate appointments in recent years. The harsh reality is that we've been facing a prolonged national shortage of general practitioners that remains unaddressed, while simultaneously experiencing escalating demands on already stretched healthcare resources. There are inherent limitations to the number of patients a single GP can see daily; fewer doctors inevitably result in extended waiting times. This situation must be equally frustrating for Redlands' medical professionals and staff as it is for some patients who have shared their experiences here. Personally, I hold nothing but admiration for Redlands' entire team - doctors, nurses, and support staff alike. They consistently demonstrate praiseworthy levels of care and professionalism, and in my experience, exhibit a genuine commitment to providing the best possible care as expeditiously as they can.
